LEADERSHIPS JOURNEY

A journey inside yourself with a group outside in the beautiful Norwegian mountains. On foot we go on a ‘Vision Quest’, an awareness journey, with nature and the stones as a mirror. In this peace and silence we rediscover inspiration, vitality and strength. Resulting in more energy and vision in life and work.

Time for refection

In our daily work with leadership and organizational development in organizations we come in contact with leaders and managers in need of reflection and personal growth. Reflecting on what they really want, to where they stand in their personal development. This time for reflection is often not taken. This trip offers a very powerful opportunity for deep reflection and personal transformation, with new insights as a result. The beautiful scenery reinforces this process of reflection and discovery.

Imagine, you walk on a mountain path. The sun shines bright in the morning. And beside the path that you walk a river splashes. With every step you take you feel the stones under your feet. With each step you further relax and feel that you are getting more awake. You feel that you are expanding. Moreover, your strength returns. Thoughts are getting clearer. You focus on what you feel, deep inside …

”Leadership journey” Norway, with Hylke Bonnema & Hugo van Santbrink

Rondane became the country’s first National Park in 1962. Together with special landscape areas, the Park creates a continuous protected area from the Ringebu Mountains to Hjerkinn. Rondane is a centrally-located, majestic range and a principal outdoor recreation area for greater parts of southern Norway. Norway shares the same latitude as Alaska, Greenland and Siberia, but compared to these areas Norway has a pleasant climate. However the weather in the mountains is quite changeable, so it is important to be prepared for all kind of weather. The temperature in the mountains can be from around 0 to 20°C in the summer. Exceptional is frost or more than 20°C. We suggest you bring the following clothes and hiking gear during your summer hiking in Norway.
