Training

We are what we learn and only if we ourselves make that trip we can be of value to others. For many years we have been providing a Year Training in Family and Organization Constellations. Additionally, we also provide constellation Follow Up Courses, in which we focus on both family constellations by investigating the new constellations with the movement of the soul and spirit, as well as look at new, creative and successful applications in business. Finally, we also organize a Leaderhips Journey in Norway.

In all our trainings we learn by making the journey ourselves, since ‘the proof of the pudding lies in the tasting …’. Our courses are therefore properly seen as deepening soul journeys, since you really make contact with what you wanted to learn. And of course we also provide the necessary knowledge to the head. To really feel and get in contact with the deep force of life, however, is what makes doing constelllations so wonderful. With just knowing by head you are going nowhere.

Year Training

A soul journey in the context of learning constellations. We are learning family and organizational constellations by exploring our own field first. By becoming aware of our own system we learn how to use our systemic consciousness. We develop our instrument. We develop clear perception. From the start there will be much practice, including peer review meetings in addition to the training itself. Theory and methodology is discussed in each related block.
