Organizational Constellations

Organizational Constellations provide insight into what is really going on in the organization. They bring movement in the socalled undercurrent. This will bring all those who are working in the organization in a fast way closer to one another and also closer to the customer and/or target audience.

We work at the end of a rational era, where we want to transform into more value-driven organizations. Constellations are a wonderful tool to help us find the collective current for our customers from their own individual strengths and as a result really realize a value-driven man, leader and organization.

We provide organisational constellations in workshops, coaching and with leadership, team building and organisational development programs. In the open Organizational Constellation Workshops one can get acquainted with our organisation and with the methodology that we use, and also bring in a question about your organisation and/or career. Beside these open workshops we also have developed a Systemic Leadership Program and a Coaching Program program that is based on organizational constellations.

What will an Organisational Constellation bring you?

Organisational Constellations have been created from the same underlying philosophy as family constellations. With organizational constellations we reveal the unconscious force field within the team and/or the organization. We do this by using the teammembers as representative themselves, with other representants or by using sheets on the floor. Contrary to some other constellators we work a lot with the teams themselves, instead of using representatives. This is because of efficiency, as well as safety and because we believe in this way there is much more personal reflection. In the organization constellations we bring the full potential that the team and the organization have access to to the surface.
Every time our customers are amazed at how the constellation indeed exactly shows what is going on within the company. Our experience has shown for many years that in all kinds of organizations it has a great impact, leading to better cooperation and results.

A special way we have been working with organizational constellations lately is in Leadership and Team Training and in Coaching. In these programs we use the constellation systemetic with a special focus on the customer, thus enabling our clients to see how they can make more contact with their prospects. Hereby we make the known, but also the unknown forcefield of the customer visible. This gives the customer insight into the procurement contract, things that have not yet been thought about or why investing in certain prospect is just a waist of time. Also, in this way we can investigate new markets and potential leads to their potential for growth.

Besides our work in sales support most of the time we are in sessions with managment teams, investigating the underlying team and organization dynamic and to set out a new course together. In this way the team is really strengthened, because you look at the whole thing together, without that you’ve buried yourself in your own position. Furthermore, additionally we can, in a relatively fast and safe manner, bring matters within the team and the organization to the surface and resolve them, thus enabling your team and/or organization to focus on your audience and/or customers.

Organizational constellations perfectly fit in this area of what is called “The New Work”. We have perfected our rational management strategy with its associated control mechanisms. Now it is time for a new way of working, in which our own responsibility, creativity and truly serve are important. You do not only work to survive, but also to present yourself and what you think is important to the world. This value-driven leadership is what we guide organizations with when we work with them.
